Howto send incoming calls symply to a speaker?

Perhaps a very simple question, I have registered successfully to my FritzBox, the call ist started, read_audio seems to return a stream.
How do I get this stream simply to the audio-output? Tried it on raspi with pygame, but since now only hear some white noise.
Found nothing concrete in the documentation or the forums. Found only how to get a wav file from this. Can someone give a few lines of code?
