Add option to use a tarball folder structure

At the moment, when cassandra_snapshotter connects to the nodes to start the snapshot creation, it uses the default package installation folder structure to search for the configuration files.
Cassandra_snapshotter should have an option to indicate that we are using a tarball folder structure and another parameter where we could feed the absolute path of the installation in the nodes.
