i want to use the restore feature, cassandra_snapshotter v1.2.0 available to install ??

I think restore feature is available in 1.2.0 version, so when i try to install cassandra_snapshotter 1.2.0 i'm getting below error.

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement cassandra-snapshotter==1.2.0 (from versions: 0.1, 0.1.1, 0.1.2, 0.1.3, 0.1.4, 0.2.0, 0.2.1, 0.2.2, 0.2.4, 0.2.5, 0.3.0, 0.3.1, 0.4.0, 0.5.0, 1.0.0)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for cassandra-snapshotter==1.2.0

Please advise how to restore the backup i took using the cassandra_snapshotter ?
