ECMA 404 (JSON) URL

Hi,

There's an IETF erratum open here:
https://www.rfc-editor.org/errata/eid8438

The problem is that
http://www.ecma-international.org/publications/standards/Ecma-404.htm

no longer works, but this new URL does:
https://ecma-international.org/publications-and-standards/standards/ecma-404/

This breaks
https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc8259

Could the ECMA folks add a redirect for the old .htm URL? Otherwise, the IETF can fix things up, but that seems like a worse solution because these get copied all over the place.
