Broken links on "Process" page

The link to http://www.tdwg.gbif.org/subgroups/tip/tip-document-archive/ is not correct (was it ever?) and I can't see what it's supposed to be.

Yikes! That page is VERY old, and needs a complete revision. Probably going to be closed and removed, unless there are any artifacts worth keeping. I probably have some docs in personal (local) folders. I'll remove the doc list and links now and try to get this page revised or removed as soon as other fires are out. Thanks,
