[feature request] exclude filter for the loader/injector

Would it be possible to implement a new type of filter for tweakName.plist such that the processes inside the filter would specifically not get injected with the tweak ?

Example: I don't wan't springboard to be injected with the tweak so i would add springboard to this filter
