Add a scoring system

There are currently two ideas for scoring:

1. Track the number of awarded numberwangs in a monotonically increasing counter.
2. Track the number of lines seen containing numbers in a monotonically increasing number, resetting on numberwang.

For all scoring modes, optionally penalize users on lines not containing a number, or add another random check with its own odds to otherwise penalize a user (by clearing their counter, subtracting some point value, etc.)
