Description

Clicking the Set button does not set the Time in Safari.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Open the following example in Safari: https://stackblitz.com/edit/react-dzg8bxcl?file=app%2Fapp.tsx
  2. Set the time using the Set button.
  3. Notice the time is not set.

Actual Behavior

Using the Set button to set the time does not work in Safari.

Expected Behavior

The Set button should always set the time.
