[Bug][TabStrip] Animation does not work and content width is not 100%

Description

If TabStrip animation is set to false, TabStripTab content width is 100%. If TabStrip animation is set to true (default), TabStripTab content width depends on the content and TabStripTab.contentClassName has no impact on the width of the content.

Actual Behavior

The TabStripTab content width is not 100% and the animation does not work.

Expected Behavior

The TabStripTab content width should be 100% and its animation should work.
