Description

When a locale is provided through IntlProvider, the timestamp header does not utilize it.

Actual Behavior

The timestamp uses the en locale.

Expected Behavior

The timestamp should use the locale from the IntlProvider.

As a workaround, you can use a custom timestamp template. I prepared a StackBlitz example that showcases a custom template with date format based on the locale:
