Tracks start to be more and more "below the fold" once a certain number is reached #706

Describe the bug.
Once a certain number of tracks is reached (for me it is 7), they start to be more and more "below the fold" with no way to scroll further down, eventually hiding all the settings and the waveform of the track.
Expected behavior
All the tracks should remain fully visible and when scrolling down one should always reach the lower end of a track element.
