Is tensorflow-io abandoned? #2093
Description
No commits for a while, no support for latest releases of tensorflow, s3 support is broken for months now. No responses from maintainers.
A couple of issues illustrating abandoned nature of project:

#1972
In case the plan is to abandon it, can we please manage core components back to tensorflow such as s3 support
