Why are some extractors not present #3

If I compare the go extractor module https://github.com/tenta-browser/go-video-downloader/tree/master/gen/youtube_dl/extractor
and the python extractor module https://github.com/ytdl-org/youtube-dl/tree/master/youtube_dl/extractor

Then there are some extractors missing, eg reddit.py

Why is that?
