add_triple syntax is used in the data-modeling-woql-queries page

We should not be encouraging schema-free mode with triple insertion. Instead examples should use a simple schema together with a document insert. The rest of the page is probably fine if we do this. However, in the interest of time, it's probably best if we park this page until someone with the knowledge gets around to doing an example which works.
