Hello, your work was so excellent. I found that there was no file named 1864_97percentmags_metabolism_summary.xlsx in input folder when running Figure_3.Rmd. I wonder whether it could be reuploaded if it is available. Here are the codes used 1864_97percentmags_metabolism_summary.xlsx.
