for future reference in Tempe and/or TCL/GrandCanyon;
there is False Positive Area in CCND1: chr11:69,182,102-69,183,598 where we have lots of reads going to all the chromosomes

Examples:
MMRF_1618_2_BM_CD138pos_T1_WGWGS,
MMRF_1641_2_BM_CD138pos_T1_KHWGS

A Translocation called within that region should be considered as False Positive;
Warning: we have seen some genuine translocations called on the left side of that region; So we need to be careful in not making that filtered region too wide
