Stats data lost after updating to a new version

Hi, I'm really enjoying using Tarkov Monitor — thanks for your great work!
However, I’ve noticed that every time I download a new version and replace all the files in my Tarkov Monitor folder, all my previous statistics data gets lost.

I’d like to know the proper way to update Tarkov Monitor without losing my existing stats.
Should I back up a specific file or folder before replacing the files?
Or is there a recommended update procedure?
