Store and view results histories

This is a feature request. This would be tremendously helpful for recovering overwritten results. I imagine "See results history" being available in this menu:

This will be part of the WCA Live integration into the Main website (in fact the code for this is already there), so I am not sure if it's worth implementing this in the Elixir code base.
