Inconsistent matching of uppercase/lowercase names in Competition Form delegate search #13568

if I want to find Marco I can't type his first name in lowercase, I need to use a capital letter or his last name. It's very weird
I've had another instance of this bug today, the search is case sensitive and for some people it needs capital letters and others no
