After a while hass-browser collects a lot of binary_sensor devices. It would be nice to have a service to remove/delete/purge all the devices that are not used.

All devices can be removed. All entities can be hidden.
Devices are only added when you ask them to, or if you manually have enabled the Auto Register option...

What's the issue?

Yep. Turn it on, now I have more than 800 devices. There should be an auto remove option
