Glamour Reserve

Description

Glamour reserve a Salon Reservation API is a straightforward project designed for managing salon reservations. This API provides essential CRUD operations, JWT authentication, and is built using Golang, the Echo web framework, MySQL, GORM, AWS, and Cloudflare

Getting Started

Before running the program, ensure that you have installed the required dependencies.

  • Install Golang: Official Golang Installation Guide
  • Install Echo: go get github.com/labstack/echo/v4
  • Install GORM: go get gorm.io/gorm
  • Install the MySQL driver for GORM: go get gorm.io/driver/mysql
  • Install the AWS SDK: github.com/aws/aws-sdk-go-v2/aws
  • Install the JWT library: go get github.com/golang-jwt/jwt/v5

.env Configuration

For environment-specific configurations, please rename the example.env file to .env and update it with your project-specific environment variables. Make sure to set the appropriate values for the database, JWT, AWS, and Cloudflare configurations.

Database Setup

Create your MySQL database and update the database configuration in the project.

AWS Configuration

  • Configure your AWS account for deployment and update the project configuration with the necessary information.

Cloudflare Configuration

  • Ensure you have a Cloudflare account and domain configuration. Use a Cloudflare API Token for file storage features and update the project configuration with the storage URL generated by Cloudflare.

Running the Program
