Ideally each package should have at least 1 article about it

core packages might not be the same, as they have their own vignettes etc etc. But all other packages should have 1 or more articles explaining their use cases

i added some issues for specific packages that are missing, this package should serve as a reminder to go through all out packages and find any missing one
