Iroh based imlementation for P2P sync

Build a P2P sync based on Iroh.

Some reference implementations of Iroh based sync in ML domain:

What data needs to sync?
1.memory entries, model configs, chat history?
2.Sync topology? (just your own devices, or sharing with other users too?)
3.Conflict resolution strategy? (last-write-wins, CRDTs, manual merge?)
4.Should it work offline-first? (sync when devices reconnect)
5.Any existing sync infrastructure to integrate with or replace?

To begin with:

1. Just memory entries
2. Devices linked to your identity
3. Not sure yet. Needs research to determine what fits best for autonomous agents plus human in the loop workflows. @madclaws would be the right person to consult here, given experience with sync strategies.
