bootstrap is not created by vagrant

Was interested in getting a feel of OKD4, so I found your project to be very charming :). Also new to vagrant and ansible, but after hearing and reading a lot about it I'm eager to learn more.

Unfortunately I can't get the bootstrap to be generated properly by vagrant.

Bringing machine 'bootstrap' up with 'virtualbox' provider...
There are errors in the configuration of this machine. Please fix
the following errors and try again:
vm:

• A box must be specified.

Is this something that may have changed with newer vagrant versions?

If I provide an image to test the further configuration it outputs more errors:

Network settings specified in your Vagrantfile define an invalid
IP address. Please review the error message below and update your
Vagrantfile network settings:

Address:
Netmask:
Error: address family must be specified

Its not very important, just playing around and learning on the way, but it would be nice if I could recreate your setup here.
