LP Asset URL should be meaningful

Right now the LP asset url is referring back to the tinyman home page. This isn't useful to anyone, especially to the audience of users inspecting the asset url in an explorer or wallet. I propose this url should instead link directly to the pool within the app, or to the appropriate analytics page for the pool.

There could be a concern "What if url needs to be changed?"

• Refer to very generic url that redirects to the correct destination i.e 'https://open.tinyman.org/v2/ALGO-USDC"
• (As opposed to linking directly to 'https://app.tinyman.org/#/swap?asset_in=0&asset_out=31566704')

I realize 'ALGO-USDC' isn't a foolproof identifier and you can't output human readable numbers from teal. Probably base64 the concatenated assetIds producing something like:
