git.exe dependency. #23

Hi

I have downloaded the release for window https://github.com/tjmtmmnk/ilse/releases/download/v0.2/ilse_0.2_Windows_x86_64.tar.gz

But I can't launch ilse.exe, because it demands an installation of git in the %PATH%.

git is a BIG dependency for a nice small command line utility.

Is there any way to use ilse.exe without installing git?
