More of a feature request.

When I pass in empty strings for auth the session store sees them as nullish values and replaces them with defaults.

Would you be able to support CouchDB deployments that have no auth setup? I'll fork this locally and give it a shot. But I'm sure I'm not the only one that would love this for dev etc.
