Thanks for the driver. It seems like it's enabling only 2,4 GHz transmitter. Is there a way to make it work with 5 GHz AP?

I think it should be working on 5 GHz too.

Checked with dual band wi-fi router. It didn't connect to 5 GHz SSID but connected to 2,4 GHz. Same router, same password, the only difference was one symbol in SSID. Cannot re-check because upgraded to Debian 12, which supports Archer T2E out-of-the-box.

It wouldn't be the router specific problem I think.

This is wireless network card, not router.

@AlekseiPrishchepo Then its not a repo of Archer T2E. Its repo of rtl8821ce.

Archer T2E has RTL8821CE chip.
