Rogue completion popup

I'm getting the completion popup with everything available at the global level displaying at random points, most commonly after opening a brace after an if or method.

I think this might be due to a change in Brackets core since Sprint 23, because I don't remember getting it a couple of months ago.

I don't remember if this was the case before. Hopefully, the migration to Typescript 0.9 could fix it.
