Availability of Direct API to create challenges

We need to have Direct API to create challenges in Direct platform. Please share if there are any such API available. Please share the API document regarding its usage as well.

If there is no such API available, then we will have to discuss and come up with API ( and its developmental timelines.)
This is essential for DigiQ ( WT system) to integrate with Topcoder flows.

@aah-74 We do have a challenge API, but let's talk about the use case on our regular call. It's not ready for public consumption and I'd like to understand how we intend to use it so we can make sure it will be the right fit. Thanks.
