ES Feeder - Not updating challenges

@skyhit recently we are observing that ES Feeder is not updating the changes for challenges, especially new Marathon Matches created through Direct.

@skyhit DIRECT MMs aren't being updated in ES as they are launched, currently, they have to do it manually.

Also, as there will be no matches launched from the legacy system we are also planning to shut down watch for legacy MMs.
