I cloned the repository to my Mac (OS X 10.8.5). When I try to run the ant build, I get several errors like this:

[javac] topcoder-UML-Tool/build/uml_model_src/com/topcoder/uml/model/usecases/UseCaseUtil.java:14: error: unmappable character for encoding UTF8
[javac]  * This utility class provides the ��findAssociatedEnd�� method used by both the ActorImpl
