Steps to Reproduce

1. Open topcoder.com
2. Click on Sign up -> I'm the Talent
3. Fill in all the details and Click on Sign Up
4. Now, Check email page, notice the links in "Latest Topcoder News "
5. Click on one of the links
6. Notice the behavior
