[Web-Firefox]Wrongly spelled country name in Country Dropdown 

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Go to [https://connect.topcoder.com/](https://connect.topcoder.com/)
2. Click on login then go to signup tab
3. Scroll the Country Dropdown to the bottom
4. Look for Vietnam
