Post attachments not shown in notification email

Post attachments are not rendered in the notification email so the user is not aware there are any attachments in the message posted on connect

Thanks for reporting @gondzo We had it in plan but it is not gaining enough priority as of now. Further, we might need changes in tc-message-service as well to actually send all required data to render the attachments information. Created issue https://github.com/appirio-tech/tc-message-service/issues/116
