[TRON] Sign JSON transaction

I have a JSON transaction that was generated using the api (e.g. https://developers.tron.network/reference/createtransaction)

Can I sign this transaction without any changes in the current implementation to broadcast the signed transaction as hex? (https://developers.tron.network/reference/broadcasthex) or broadcast as transaction ? (https://developers.tron.network/reference/broadcasttransaction)
