PearAI Update Button

When PearAI has a new update available, we need it to be prominent :)

Update for linux works and the new update can be downloaded on the client machine.
Need to create client side integration to automatically detect where the app installed and replace the old files with new files.
PearAI will be installed on "$HOME/.local/PearaI" instead on "/opt/PearAI" for making it centralized for all Linux based OS's.

I'm not familiar enough with TS/JS so can't do it on client side :)
