HP made a change to their OAI and some items are now breaking: http://aggregator.padigital.org/catalog/dplapa:CARMA_pitt_1996_69_170

This is an example of the new outbound OAI: https://historicpittsburgh.org/oai2/oai.php?verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=oai_dc&set=pitt_collection.85
