Can't change editor fonts in Mac OS X 10.8.3 #74

Steps to reproduce:

From the Twine menu, select Preferences.
In the Preferences pop-up, click on the font name and size button for either "Windowed Editor Font" or "Fullscreen Editor Font".

Expected:

You can select a font

Actual:

Operating system font dialog appears momentarily, then disappears

System information

Mac OS X 10.8.3
wxPython2.9-osx-cocoa-py2.7
Python 2.7.2
