Document how to connect to Cassandra running in ConductR

It isn't obvious to new ConductR users how to connect to the running Cassandra cluster using something like cqlsh or DataStax DevCenter.

@dpalinic Connect to cassandra via cqlsh with the following commands:

# Start the sandbox
sandbox run 2.1.1

# Load and scale the cassandra bundle
conduct load cassandra
conduct run cassandra

# Retrieve host and bind port information
conduct info cassandra
