Risc-V release artifact uses GNU ABI #202

Description
The riscv64gc release artifacts for all releases so far stick out from the other unix artifacts by using the gnu ABI. I'm not even sure if this is a problem, but it surely is odd.
I think it makes more sense to use the musl ABI consistently and have people build GNU ABI if they need it.
