Missing depositor guide in FAQ

The link[1] in the FAQ[2] for the depositor guide gives a 404.

@gnewton, can you link me to the actual file you are seeing this error? I found basically this error in the FAQ, except link 2 didn't work either for the same reason, so I'm concerned that while I'm fixing an instance of the same issue, I'm missing the actually instance that you found.
