- Added Export / Converters table &amp; button for Resource dialog (e.g. timing files)
- Workspace Settings &gt; added switch "Download as Publisher" for Content Contributor (IPC)

  - overwrites for output mappers
  - assorted offline report and JSON versification generation code
  - support for "download as publisher, upload as archivist" for Compass Braille
