feat(sltt-app): autoUpdates should work with local team storage #61
Description
Since each installer is about 100Mb, and since it's important that everyone on the local network be using the same version of sltt-app, provide a way for everyone to share sltt-app updates once one sltt-app has downloaded the latest installer to the local team storage location.
At the very least, each sltt-app should be able to get a listing of the most recent versions of sltt-app that have been downloaded and be able to click a link to download it to their computer.
Ideally, it would just work like autoUpdates typically work. If users need to install an earlier version, Hopefully someone is smart enough to know how to transfer the sltt-app version to a USB drive so others can install it.
