feat(sltt-app): allow selecting webcam in app #66
Description
Currently, a user cannot choose between an internal and external webcam in SLTT-App. (This can be done in Chrome when using the browser, and Windows users may be able to select a default camera in the system settings, but Mac users currently have no way to set up SLTT (in the standalone app) to use an external camera.)
