This lecture should do a few things.

Introduce SIGAI@UCF
Cover some administrative tasks, like...
- How we're doing lectures/workshosp, i.e. Docker
- How we're handling coordinators
Assess math background of the club
- Matrix math
- Vector math
- Calculus
Introduce Gradient Descent
