Better graph fixture data when new spotter is up #20

Use commented out code at top of src/fixture/dataFixtures.js to write incoming raw data and the correct formatted version both out to a new document
copy this data into src/fixture/dataFixtures.js into the correct spot and run tests
debug as necessary and change code, tests and data as need to ensure everything is working correctly
repeat steps above for all graph data
