Send webhook-like notification for incoming `mil.ufl.edu` emails

The bot should monitor software@mil.ufl.edu and bot@mil.ufl.edu emails to notify team leads of incoming mail, so that it is not missed!

This can be in the form of a webhook-like notification, akin to:

Cameron Brown (email@domain.com) sent a new email to software@mil.ufl.edu: "Question about joining"
