DBConcurrencyException when refresh review order page multiple times quickly #21

Description

As title, quickly refresh the checkout review page few times and I see a DBConcurrencyException.
Note: For each single page refresh, when I check the umbracoCommerceOrder table, the version column increased by one to two units, randomly.

Unable to replicate. No matter how quickly I refresh that page, I'm not seeing an error.
