Anchor links scroll behind fixed navigation bar

When clicking an in‑page anchor link (e.g., #my-section), the page scrolls to the correct element, but the section header ends up hidden behind the fixed navigation bar.

I believe the page should scroll so that the anchored section header is fully visible below the fixed navigation bar.
